Thankful Thursday 10.29.09

Today I am thankful...

1. That Fall finally did show her face.

2. That I'm sitting in my new studio. Even though I'm surrounded by stuff awaiting organization up to my elbows... I'm still IN!! 

3. For a temporary excuse to get a sugar high otherwise known as Halloween.

4. For finding a greater sense of community in a town that used to seem so big and anonymous.

5. And lastly finding last years slippers under the bed, just in time to enjoy them.

That's a great list of thankfulness!! :) I have your little gift for your studio...I just need to get packaged up and in the mail to you. Can you email me your address again. I have it somewhere, but right now it's a mystery as to WHERE that 'somewhere' is!! ;)

Too funny about those slippers! I just found a new pair of wool socks that I got last spring for a steal and then completely forgot about them. Imagine my surprise when I dug in my sock drawer and found those on a cold fall day! Sweet :)

That reminds me too of getting the winter jackets out for the first time each year. Its always a surprise that I love to dig through the pockets and find last years forgotten treasures. This year I found last years lip gloss. I looked EVERYWHERE for that one too because I just loved the shade. haha.

Ive always wanted to take a trip up by Duluth (its been years and Johns never been) so when we eventually do Im adding that park to our list of must see stops.
